The hotel met expectations. Planned to see Juan-les-Pins major attractions and it was fabulous base for visiting all of them. We liked the room ambiance with it's delightful decor. The host was kind.

the owner is wonderful. good sized room with a comfortable bed. easy to get to, marvellous location, though it's nestled on a very noisy street.
